Anyone's predictions for when the Riviera bypass contract gets awarded? And construction start?

See my post on July 1. Bids were opened July 1. The contract will be officially awarded at the July 31 TxDOT commission meeting.

As for schedule, I don't see any information with the bid documents. I'm assuming the usual 3 to 4 years to complete the project.
