WV-62.  When an adjacent route gets relocated or decommissioned, the DOH just tacks on another section.  Even better, the latest extension flip-flops a portion of Old WV-62 that was replaced by US-33 around 1936 or so.  Perhaps the next extension should head down LSR-21 (former US-21) from Ripley -to- Charleston and replace the eastern portion of WV-25 (the remainder of former US-35) to tie all three routes together in a full loop.

Edited to add—Although overall, I agree with ethanman62187 that 55 mph is too slow on that road, at least on the portion north of US-50. The segment immediately south of US-50, despite also being full freeway, feels significantly more congested.
