Because I made it one  I dug a hole and fell in it creating a massive storm of bricks that formed into a massive boulevard. I realized it was there, I wanted it to go to Saint Louis du Ha! Ha! instead, but it ended up on its current route.

I'm sorry I had to get that info out there.

As I said, it was the rotisserie chicken cartel, not Tim Horton's.  And besides, Cardinal Léger is the only freeway exit on the whole island, so his answer obviously doesn't even make sense.
