This is a version of the "how much sleep do you get" post. For me, I will likely wake up around 7:30 for my job starting at 8 AM from home.

You need to update your poll, I'm a 4:40-4:50 AM kind of guy.

Accidently put that option in the question section, should be fixed now.

When I don't have to wake up early, sometimes I go to bed later than 3:30 AM.

My alarm clock goes off at 7:00 and I get up pretty promptly when it does. I suppose that means I get up "after" 7:00 sharp, so I voted for the 7:00–8:00 window.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"

In the office days: Alarm at 5:45...usually roll out of bed by 5:55.  Out the door generally by 6:35.

As an old guy, I rarely make it all the way through the night without needing to pee, often twice.  So if I'm in bed around 10:30 to 11, I'll say "on average" 2 a.m., 4:30 a.m., and up for good around 7.

I usually wake up somewhere between 11am and 5pm.

I get up at 5:30, which gives me plenty of time to wash up, get ready for work, and eat breakfast while watching the news. And if I'm lucky enough, I might sneak a peek at this forum on the desktop as well.

I try to get up around 8:30 to make a decent breakfast, but it usually ends up being closer to 10. I have class at 11 most weekdays, so no breakfast for me if I sleep in too late.

I've gotten used to getting up between 4:30 and 5:00, even on weekends.

My alarm on my phone defaults to 7am, but I have an app on my phone that resets that to be 90 minutes before the first item on my calendar (if it's before 8:30am).

Since I work primarily with people in the UK and India, I do sometimes get 6am or 7am meetings.
