Stupid power outages keep killing my PC passwords!

As if I don't have enough problems with my PC, I just had another short power outage this morning that killed all the passwords to the sites I log into, including this one. I don't even remember the password I just replaced it with, and I wrote it a few seconds ago.

My PC is connected to a UPS so when the power goes off it stays on

Plenty of password managers that can do a better job than relying on cookies and browser caches.
