Braddock and Walney Rds to be a 4 ramp parclo and provide new entrance and additional parking to Elanor C. Lawrence Park. Raise speed limit to 65 MPH.
I like all of this. I like va sr 28 to be an interstate highway.

This will probably be moved to the region-specific boards, but thanks for the info.

Or is this a proposal? If so, it should probably go in "Fictitious Highways."

This is a purpose and it remains in general highway talk.

It's the real thing, NOT a proposal, so it remains here.

Quillz:  considering that the last time he posted this, it went into Fictional Highways, this one probably will as well.

ethanman:  as with last time, I once agan ask you what your source is for this.

And even if this WAS real, it belongs under the Mid-Atlantic folder, not General Highway Talk.

I think it should be merged into the prior thread that was moved, unless he can offer a citation or other verifiable source for the info. He failed to do so last time after the moderators told him to provide a source.

I've never heard a thing about this. My mother recently retired after working near that intersection for almost 20 years and when I asked her about it she said she never heard any such thing either.

I cannot begin to imagine Virginia would allow 65 there even if there were an interchange, especially given the 45-mph limit not far to the south. Virginia doesn't usually drop limits by 20 mph in a short distance.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"

Thread locked. ethanman62187, do not open a new thread on this subject, nor make assertions that a project is definitely going to be occurring, unless you either have a link to a news story/planning document on the project, or there's actually equipment on site.
