Before I-70 at I-465/74 near Indy International Airport was reconstructed, there was an exit mileage sign which was quite unorthodox.

There were two exits mentioned before I-465, then the third line read, "St. Louis, 240." One of few instances where a city was placed on what was an exit mileage sign - which was on the median of I-70.
"Slower Traffic Keep Right" means just that.
You use turn signals. Every Time. Every Transition.
