Does Lafayette and Dayton in Oregon count - Lafayette on Oregon 99W is bypassed by Oregon 18 (which is also sometimes known as the Dayton Bypass) which also bypasses Dayton itself.  (18 is a Super 2 there.)
Add Lafayette CA to the list with CA 24 passing to the north.
