This might be better in Bridges. If it is, can an admin please move it?

Anyway, it seems PennDOT started work on the Airport Road bridge over I-78 north of Rehrersburg and east of Bethel, but just left it there, barrier-shifted with a piece missing. Are they ever going to finish what they started?
Mileage-based exit numbering implies the existence of mileage-cringe exit numbering.

Probably ran out of money.  CR 514 in Hillsborough, NJ is the same way with the much needed US 206 bypass that was started and now still.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.
