Where was the Shreveport, LA A truss bridge originally erected?

It mentions that it was originally over the Arkansas River in Oklahoma.  Does anybody know exactly where it was erected, and if this was the only span?  One span wouldn't cross the Arkansas River in Oklahoma, so it must have been a multiple A truss bridge or it had approach spans.
