(I could not decide whether this belonged in Eastern or Western Minnesota, so I just put it here)

I am going to be traveling to Minnesota December 14-16, and have the opportunity to photograph some green business route shields.  could someone please give me the names of the cities which feature these business loops?  thank you!

the only ones I know of offhand are US-14 shields in Dodge Center; I would like to see others.

Willmar (MN-23 and U.S. 71). Brainerd (MN-371). The latter is actually a trunk highway so has the regular state highway marker but in green.

what is the difference between the MN-23 and the MN-371 shields?

As they existed when I last saw them (about 11 years ago) the Business 23 sign said only...BUSINESS 23. No state name or state outline, no separator between the BUSINESS and 23. The U.S. 71 sign was a U.S. cutout that simillarly just said BUSINESS 71. The Business 371 marker in Brainerd is just like a standard marker, except the number background is green, and the top says BUSINESS instead of MINNESOTA. My web site has a graphic rendition of it at http://www.steve-riner.com/mnhighways/r288-694.htm (scroll down).

I hope the Willmar signs are still around - always good to see US shield cutouts.

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".

I-90
True, I took Jake's question to be limited more to business state and U.S. routes. The BL I-90 shields at Fairmont are somewhat unique in that they aren't cutout but rather on small guide signs. BL I-90 also exists at Worthington and Austin. BL I-35 exists at Albert Lea and Faribault, and just now approved by AASHTO at Pine City. Also there is BL I-94 at Moorhead, presumably continuing into Fargo.
