I 90 reconstruction near Spearfish

In April, SDDOT will begin reconstruction of I-90 in and around Spearfish. As this is normal maintenance work, the only reason I'm posting this is because of the absurd detour for US 85 North and BUS I-90 at Exit 10. For eastbound travelers, the ramp is closed. So naturally, the DOT makes everyone go to the next exit, turn around, and the come back to Exit 10 from the east on the westbound lanes.
