Boggy Creek Road is an arterial route extending 8.34 miles north from CR 530 in Osceola County toward Orlando International Airport (MCO) and SR 482 (Sand Lake Road) at SR 528 (Beachline Expressway) by the city of Belle Isle.
Formerly Florida Secondary Road 527A, Boggy Creek Road serves Airport International Park of Orlando and the Taft Intermodal Yard among other industrial parks west of MCO Airport. 4th Street intersects Boggy Creek Road east from the community of Taft and Landstreet Road west from The Villages of Southport development.

A diamond interchange joins Boggy Creek Road with SR 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) below the flyovers linking the toll road with Jeff Fuqua Boulevard.
