Okaloosa County Road 4

Construction of PJ Adams Parkway replaced County Road 4 (Antioch Road) eastward from near Williams Branch. This resulted in 2.583 miles of Antioch Road, from Garrett Pit Road east to State Road 85, turned back in maintenance in 2011.
Realignment of Antioch Road coincides with construction of a new interchange along Interstate 10. A new roadway is being built from PJ Adams Parkway northward to U.S. 90 at Old Bethel Road.

Okaloosa County Road 4 (Antioch Road) meets U.S. 90 (James Lee Boulevard) west of Crestview. Note the oddly shaped SR 90 shield used. Not only is the shield unusual for a state road, but it is erroneous in that it should display U.S. 90 instead of SR 90.

P.J. Adams Parkway overtakes Okaloosa County Road 4 from Antioch Road east to SR 85 (Ferdon Boulevard) through south Crestview. Traffic lights hang above the intersection of Northview Drive and Wildhorse Drive, subdivision entrances both north and south.
