Mobile County Route 11 leads 10.9 miles north from Interstate 10 and SR 188 at Exit 4 near Grand Bay to CR 56 (Airport Blvd) west of Mobile Regional Airport (MOB). Connecting West Mobile with I-10 to Mississippi, CR 11 is a two lane rural road with a 55 mph speed limit. The bulk of CR 11 is agricultural, though some residential streets tie into the route at Dees and north of Miller Creek.

Leaving Grand Bay and the confluence of Interstate 10 and SR 188, County Road 11 (Grand Bay Wilmer Road) travels to County Road 28 (Old Pascagoula Road).
