Gadsden / Leon County Road 12
The east end of State Road 12 is at U.S. 27 (Main Street) and CR 12A (9th Avenue E) within the city of Havana. Gadsden County Road 12 begins four blocks to the north along 5th Avenue E. Following Fairbanks Ferry Road northeast from Havana, CR 12 travels to Concord and 7.99 miles to the Leon County line at the Ochlockonee River.
Fairbanks Ferry Road extends CR 12 another 2.60 miles to CR 155 (Meridian Road). The succeeding branch of Leon County Road 12 stems east from CR 155, 0.14 miles south of Fairbanks Ferry Road along Iamonia Cut Off. Measuring 6.08 miles in length, CR 12 ventures across timberland north of Lake Iamonia to U.S. 319 (Thomasville Road) at the community of Iamonia.
