Wesley Chapel Road spurs south from Grand Cypress Drive and Cypress Creek Town Center to a dead end beside Cypress Creek. The southernmost extent of the roadway is closed to traffic. Despite that, pavement markings, signs and street lights were posted. 11/12/18

The first reassurance marker for Pasco County Road 54 appears north of Grand Cypress Drive east. The three shields for the route south of SR 54 and SR 56 reference the county road with north/south banners. 11/12/18
Wesley Chapel Boulevard advances north by additional turn lanes for adjacent retail to intersect the joint end point of SR 54 from Land O' Lakes and SR 56 from Wesley Chapel. 11/12/18
SR 56 leads directly from CR 54 (Wesley Chapel Boulevard) to Interstate 75 and SR 581 (Bruce B. Downs Boulevard). SR 56 extends the six lane arterial west to Odessa, New Port Richey and Elfers. 11/12/18

Pondside Drive was constructed in 2016 to service Cypress Creek Town Center to the east. Old SR 54 connects with the signalized intersection from the 2018-built Brightwork Crossings mixed used development to the west. 04/26/19
Wesley Chapel Boulevard narrows to two lanes beyond Pondside Drive and Old SR 54. Planned road work will expand the roadway to a six lane, divided arterial from here north to Magnolia Boulevard. 04/26/19
Traffic lights were activated along CR 54 (Wesley Chapel Boulevard) at Grand Oaks Boulevard on September 20, 2018.1 Grand Oaks Boulevard is the lone entrance for the Grand Oaks development. 08/16/18
The succeeding traffic light operates at Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Progress Parkway. Progress Parkway serves the Saddlebrook Village community located between CR 54 and I-75. 08/16/18
Lexington Oaks Boulevard winds west from CR 54 and Saddlebrook Corporate Center to the Lexington Oaks Villages developments. 08/16/18
Remaining with commercial frontage, Wesley Chapel Boulevard makes a gradual eastern turn, next intersecting Old Pasco Road north to SR 52. 08/16/18
Gateway Boulevard connects Wesley Chapel Boulevard with Saddlebrook Village and other suburban development alongside I-75 to the south. The roadway north links with Dayflower Boulevard east to The Grove at Wesley Chapel big box retail center. 08/16/18
These overheads for I-75 were removed following completion of the new intersection with Oakley Boulevard north. 08/16/18
Oakley Boulevard runs along the back side of The Grove at Wesley Chapel, joining CR 54 with Old Pasco Road just west of ramps with Interstate 75. 04/26/19

Interstate 75 constitutes a six to eight lane freeway through Pasco County, serving commuter traffic between Wesley Chapel and Tampa-St. Petersburg, and long distance traffic north to Ocala, Gainesville and Atlanta, Georgia. 08/16/18
Several commercial businesses line CR 54 (Wesley Chapel Boulevard) as the arterial leaves I-75. 04/26/19
CR 54 east concludes ahead as SR 54 resumes an easterly course to Zephyrhills and SR 581 heads south toward Hillsborough County. 04/26/19, 05/05/15
SR 581 overlays Bruce B. Downs Boulevard south to an intersection with SR 56 north of the Hillsborough County line. CR 581 continues south as an eight lane arterial into northern reaches of Tampa. 04/26/19
