An 8.66 mile long highway, Walton County Road 1087 connects U.S. 90 at Mossy Head with CR 2A at New Harmony. CR 2A leads east to U.S. 331 and north to CR 2 near Gordon. CR 1087 replaced CR 285 to remove the duplication with nearby SR 285 south from U.S. 90 to Niceville.
