County Road 340

CR 340 originates in northeastern Dixie County from SR 349. Traveling east for 23.20 miles, CR 340 crosses the Suwannee River by Rock Bluff Spring into Gilchrist County and ending at U.S. 27/41 in High Springs. A separate 3.82 mile long branch along NW 156th Avenue links CR 231 with CR 225 at Monteocha north of Gainesville.
