Franklin County Road 376 connects U.S. 98/319 with Timber Island within the city of Carrabelle. The 0.90 mile route follows Timber Island Road east to a boat ramp along the Carrabelle River.
Florida Secondary 376 originally also ran west from U.S. 98 along Airport Road at Carrabelle. The route was numbered S-609 by 1943 and S-376 by 1950.
