Waters Avenue through Westchase, Town 'n' Country and Egypt Lake Leto is a part of Hillsborough County Road 584. The 7.22 mile long arterial route east from Countryway Boulevard is sparsely signed. East of SR 580 (Dale Mabry Highway) into the city of Tampa, Waters Avenue is designated as County Road 587A. The unsigned route concludes at U.S. 41 Business (Florida Avenue).
A section of State Road 584 is also designated along Tampa Road in Pinellas County. The 2.08 mile route links SR 580 with SR 586 (Curlew Road) and CR 752 (Tampa Road) in the city of in Oldsmar.
