Indian River Drive meets Jensen Beach Boulevard at the Ocean Breeze business district and then SR 732 (Pineapple Avenue / Causeway Boulevard) at a roundabout in incorporated Jensen Beach. CR 707 proceeds north from there to Eden in St. Lucie County.

CR 707 (Indian River Drive) runs along the west banks of Indian River Lagoon northward through portions of the Port St. Lucie city limits to Ankona.
