Pentagons for CR 752 are posted along Tampa Road east from U.S. 19 Alternate (Palm Harbor Road). The western extent of the 5.47 mile long route to Orange Street (CR 377) at Ozona is unmarked.
Tampa Road west from State Road 584 was previously numbered as County Road 584.
