County Road 767 - Stringfellow Road
Connecting the north and south end of Pine Island with SR 78 at Pine Island Center, Lee County Road 767 follows Stringfellow Road for 16.30 miles. The route originates at St. James City, just off San Carlos Bay to the south. The north end crosses Jug Creek onto Bokeelia Island at the community of Bokeelia.

CR 767 originates along San Carlos Bay south of First Avenue in St. James City. Oleander Street leads the route northward through the residential street grid.
