The Lake Myrtle Shores and Country Acres subdivisions line the east side of the Polk Parkway on the ensuing stretch. As part of the widening of SR 570, the East toll plaza was removed with an all electronic toll gantry added in the vicinity ahead of Exit 20 to Braddock Road.

Exit 20 between Braddock Road and SR 570 opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 28, 20241. Braddock Road extends east from Polk Parkway to SR 559 (Berkley Road) and also serves the SunTrax Test Facility. The 475 acre site includes a 2.25 mile long oval track used for high-speed autonomous vehicle testing.
