State Road 666 - Tom Stuart Causeway / 150th Avenue
Following 150th Avenue and Madeira Beach Causeway, State Road 666 is a 1.39 mile long route between SR 699 (Gulf Boulevard) and U.S. 19 Alternate. The four lane boulevard spans the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway across a bascule bridge and ties into Bay Pines Boulevard and Seminole Seminole Boulevard at a three-wye interchange on the Seminole city line at Bay Pines. Historically SR 666 was designated as an eastern branch of SR 699.

A confirming marker for SR 666 stands along 150th Avenue just beyond the intersection with SR 699 (Gulf Boulevard). 150th Avenue constitutes a commercial strip to Boca Ciega Bay.
