Turning east beyond the county line along McCall Road, SR 776 meets Beach Road (CR 776) south to Manasota Key ahead of Englewood South. SR 776 continues to Sancassa and Englewood East north of Rotunda West to CR 771. Curving north, SR 776 crosses the Myakka River to El Jobean then northeast through unincorporated Port Charlotte to U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail) and Veterans Boulevard at Murdock.
