Business Loop I-10 - Van Horn
Business Loop I-10D follows 2.9 miles of old U.S. 80 along Broadway Boulevard through the city of Van Horn. The route parallels I-10 to the north between Exits 138 and 140B. It was established in June 1990 during a mileage transfer from State Loop 519.

Business Loop I-10 east intersects SH 54 (La Caverna Street) a half block east of U.S. 90 (Van Horn Street) in Downtown Van Horn. SH 54 travels north from Van Horn between the Beach and Baylor Mountains to U.S. 62/180 west of the Delaware Mountains.
