Interstate 75 Express Lanes

Interstate 75

Tolled express lanes accompany Interstate 75 through the Atlanta Metropolitan area through the north and south suburbs. The I-75 South Metro Express Lanes run within the median of Interstate 75 for 12 miles from the exchange with SR 155 (McDonough Road) at Exit 216 northwest to the diamond interchange (Exit 228) with SR 138 (Stockbridge Highway). These are reversible, with the lanes flowing northbound during the morning hours and southbound in the afternoon and evening.

The Northwest Corridor Express Lanes accompany Interstate 75 from Akers Mill Road, just inside the Atlanta Perimeter Highway (I-285) north to the Hickory Grove Road overpass beyond the DDI (Exit 273) with Wade Green Road at Kennesaw. The 29.7 mile network of toll roads includes HOT lanes also along Interstate 575 north to the diamond interchange (Exit 11) with Sixes Road. The Northwest Corridor Express Lanes run along the west side of I-75 between I-285 and I-575, and within the median of I-75 north from the exchange with Ernest W. Barrett Parkway. They are also reversible, flowing southbound in the morning and northbound in the evening.
