| A view of the Decatur County courthouse from Main Street. Built in 1861, the courthouse is best known for having a live tree grow in its tower since the 1870s. There have been several trees that have grown in the tower, with the current version believed to be a mulberry tree. | East of Greensburg, the town of Newpoint is eight miles away and Batesville, in northern Ripley County, is 14 miles away. Batesville is the last large community that SR 46 will go through.
