Jeff Fuqua Boulevard is a limited access road serving the passenger terminal at Orlando International Airport (MCO). Formerly named North and South Access Road, the expressway extends south from the systems interchange connecting SR 528 (Beachline Expressway) and SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) into the airport. The separate roadways encircling the passenger terminal converge to the east of the South Intermodal Terminal.

South from the parclo interchange with Heintzelman Boulevard, Jeff Fuqua Boulevard overlays Boggy Creek Road adjacent to Boggy Creek Swamp. The expressway ties into the three level exchange with SR 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) above ramps linking the toll road with Boggy Creek Road. The flyovers joining Jeff Fuqua Boulevard with SR 417 were constructed as part of a $71 million project rebuilding the south entrance. They opened on February 12, 2016.1 Boggy Creek Road continues south to become part of CR 530 at Simpson Road and the Osceola County line.

Started in October 2020, an $118 million Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) project rebuilds the directional cloverleaf interchange joining Jeff Fuqua Boulevard, SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) and SR 528 (Beachline Expressway) into a turbine interchange. Work eliminates two loop ramps at the exchange and builds seven new overpasses. Construction runs to Fall 2023.
