Route 161
Maryland Route 161 is a rural highway in Harford County running 5.38 miles north from MD 155 near Level to U.S. 1 west of Conowingo Village. MD 161 follows Darlington Road north to Wilson and Main Street through Darlington. MD 623 (Castleton Road) provides a cut off from MD 161 north to U.S. 1 north for Conowingo Dam and Cecil County.
