Located in Wicomico County, Maryland Route 353 stems north from U.S. 50 (Ocean Gateway) along Sixty Foot Road 0.48 miles to MD 346 (Old Ocean City Road) in the town of Pittsville. The remainder of the route follows Gumboro Road north 4.60 miles to MSR 54 along the Delaware state line.
