MD 824 (Blythedale Road) loops 1.06 miles east around the folded diamond interchange joining MD 222 (Perrylawn Drive) and Interstate 95 near Perryville. Prior to construction of the John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway (I-95), Blythedale Road was a part of U.S. 222 between Perryville Road and Craigtown Road. Just 1,901 vehicles per day (vpd) were counted by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) along MD 824 in 2016.
