NH 18 forms a 28 mile multi-state route with VT 18 from St. Johnsbury and Waterford, Vermont to Littleton, Bethlehem and I-93/U.S. 3 in Franconia. The entire route of both VT 18 and NH 18 was supplanted by construction of Interstate 93.
