SH 45 N leaves the three-wye interchange with Toll 1 and progresses toward IH 35 north. A Breezewood connection using the respective frontage roads links the toll road east with IH 35 south in lieu of a direct ramp.

Southward the SH 130 opened from SH 71 near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) to U.S. 183 at Mustang Ridge in 2008. The toll road was completed south IH 10 at Seguin in 2012.
