One mile north of Exit 118 with State Road 44 along I-4 west. A single loop ramp served movements to both SR 44 east and west until 2006. 12/30/05
The exchange with SR 44 was expanded in 2006 to include two new ramps and a distributor roadway for Exit 118 in both directions. 12/30/05
Ground level signs for Exit 116 to Lake Helen were replaced with overheads during the expansion of I-4 to six lanes. 01/01/06

Cassadega Road spans I-4 in the distance beyond this sign for Exit 114. The overpass was replaced during the six-lane project. 01/01/06
Exit 114 previously consisted of a trumpet interchange with SR 472 leading north to Orange City and DeLand. Howland Boulevard was extended to tie into the interchange from the east, opening up adjacent land for commercial development. 01/01/06

South from U.S. 17 & 92 and Lake Monroe, I-4 continued two miles to a distributor roadway to both SR 417 and CR 46A (Exits 101B/A). The roadway was extended north and south, with a new on-ramp for I-4 west from SR 46 during construction between 2011 and 2013. Exits 101B/A now depart 0.75 miles further north. 03/21/08
Traveling south through western reaches of Sanford, Interstate 4 approached the diamond interchange (Exit 101C) with State Road 46. Road work completed in early 2013 expanded Exit 101C into a partial-cloverleaf interchange, resulting in sign changes. 03/21/08
Exit 101C veers away from I-4 west to SR 46. The ramp shifted westward to accommodate a new loop ramp from SR 46 west to I-4 west. Sign changes made as part of the road work shift the Sanford Historic District legend above Mount Dora. 03/21/08
A historical look at the former ramp end of Exit 101C to SR 46. The new ramp displaced the gas station to the right. 08/25/07
The on-ramp from Florida 46 added a fourth westbound lane through to the original ramp departure for SR 417 (Seminole Expressway) and CR 46A (H.E. Thomas, Jr. Parkway). A new c/d roadway system runs along side I-4 here now. 03/21/08

Ramps to SR 417 (Exit 101B) and CR 46A (Exit 101A) did not include return access to I-4 originally. Extension of the roadway north to include the SR 46 on-ramps added the I-4 on-ramp. 03/21/08
Exit 101B departed the former distributor roadway for SR 417 south to Orlando-Sanford International Airport and the east side of Orlando. New signs abbreviate International. 03/21/08
