A new sign bridge installed for the 2012 opening of the international terminal at ATL Airport included sign changes for both I-285 west and the HOV lane. Atl Airport was changed to Birmingham for Exit 238 B while C W Grant Parkway is referenced in place of Aviation Boulevard for the HOV exit. 01/16/04

Porsche Avenue replaced Henry Ford II Avenue for Exit 239 in 2012 to coincide with construction of the North American headquarters of Porsche automotive. 01/16/04

Aviation Boulevard was the former name for Charles W. Grant Parkway while Henry Ford II Avenue was the name given to South Central Avenue just west of Exit 239 in the city of Hapeville. 01/16/04

Previous signage at the loop ramp for Aviation Boulevard referenced Air Cargo for Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). 01/16/04
