Sets of older guide signs posted by the bypass ramp for I-195 listed the one mile approach to Exit 4B for Interstate 195 east to Miami Beach and Exit 4B for SR 112 west to MIA Airport. These were replaced by 2006, and again by 2011 with a one-piece overhead. 12/18/03

Two generations of previous overheads posted ahead of the 36th Street Interchange. Two lanes now depart here for the tolled 95 Express Lanes north to the Golden Glades Interchange. Signs for Exit 4B were combined into one panel, with the exit reduced from three to two lanes. 12/18/03

Taking the three-lane transition ramp from northbound Interstate 95 to Interstate 195 east and Florida 112 west. Both Florida 112 with its airport destination and I-195 with its Miami Beach destination are very popular with tourists, and they carry a good amount of traffic.

The original HOV-2 roadway started from a left-hand flyover joining I-95 north from SR 112 east. This was replaced by the tolled 95 Express lanes. 12/18/03

A centerline exits sign one mile south of Exit 7 was moved to the right to differentiate the ramps from the exit less 95 Express Lanes. 12/18/03

The interchange sequence sign posted after the on-ramp from NW 5th Court was removed and replaced with a new assembly to the right. Forthcoming SR 934 is the last city of Miami exit. 12/18/03

The next in a series of mileage signs was posted between the carriageways one quarter mile south of Exit 7A with NW 95th Street. This sign was moved to the right and replaced. 12/18/03
