Interstate 595 Florida


The Road Ranger Program assists motorists in need along the Interstate 595 corridor, as was shown by this blue guide sign. 03/25/06

The first exit along I-595 east was Exit 1B for Flamingo Road north to Sunrise and SR 823 south to Davie and Miramar. This is now Exit 2. 12/28/03

Previously I-595 reached Hiatus Road at Exit 2. This is now Exit 3, which departs alongside Exit 4t. 03/25/06

East of Hiatus Road I-595 next met Nob Hill Road (Exit 3). This ramp was renumbered to Exit 4 during I-595 reconstruction between 2010 and 2014. 12/28/03

Between Interstate 75 and Florida's Turnpike, a small grassy median separated the two roadways. The three-lane section of the I-595 Express Lanes now take their place. 03/25/06

Interstate 595 east reached Nob Hill Road (Exit 3), which travels south into Davie and north into Plantation. 03/25/06

Pine Island Road is an arterial that connects Davie to the south with Plantation to the north. 03/25/06

The right lane departed onto a slip ramp that connected to SR 84 east ahead of Pine Island Road. 12/28/03

SR 817 travels north to Plantation, Sunrise, Tamarac, and Coral Springs and south to Cooper City and Miramar. 03/25/06

One half mile out from University Drive (former Exit 5) and three miles from Florida's Turnpike (old Exit 8A, now Exits 8A/B). 03/25/06
