Blue signs directed motorists returning rental cars for the airport to either Port Everglades (Eller Drive) or northbound U.S. 1. 12/28/03

Replaced guide signs at the exit for U.S. 1 south to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). 12/28/03

I-595 concluded with two lanes joining U.S. 1 north into Fort Lauderdale and two lanes linking with Eller Drive east. 12/28/03

The diagrammatic sign at Exit 12B was missing by 2005, presumably from winds of Hurricane Wilma. The assembly was eventually carbon copied and shifted to the left. Vegetation and landscaping were added to the right. 03/25/06

As a service for travelers, overheads directed motorists toward the rental car agencies along NE 7th Avenue south or U.S. 1 north. 12/28/03

Eller Drive east entered Port Everglades beyond an at-grade intersection with NE 7th Avenue. A flyover was constructed here from 2011 to 2014. 12/28/03

Located on Eller Drive west ahead of U.S. 1, this was the first confirming marker for Interstate 595 west. 12/28/03

A replaced guide sign for Interstate 95 north at Exit 10A from I-595 west. A redundant trailblazer for I-95 was removed as well. 10/26/08
