Older guide signs for Exit 8 omitted control points for U.S. 441 and the Turnpike. 03/04/14

All traffic bound for Florida's Turnpike used the same ramp for north to Orlando and south to Miami. A new flyover was built from the westbound c/d roadway onto the Turnpike north, allowing the loop ramp pictured here to now serve eastbound only. 10/26/08

Exit 5 was renumbered to Exit 6, as the ramp shifted eastward during 2010-14 reconstruction. 12/28/03

A fourth westbound lane traveled between the Pine Island Road on-ramp and Exit 3 to Nob Hill Road. Exit 3 is now Exit 4. 11/20/13

The Hiatus Road off-ramp (now Exit 3) was replaced with a new distributor roadway serving both Hiatus Road and SR 823 (Flamingo Road). 11/20/13

The off-ramp (Exit 1B) for Flamingo Road (SR 823 south) was renumbered Exit 2 as it was relocated further east. 11/20/13

The last exit along along I-595 west was Exit 1A to SR 84 west and SW 136th Avenue. A second ramp to SR 84 was constructed ahead of Weston Road during I-595 reconstruction. 11/20/13
