Westbound SR 4 reassurance shield formerly posted between the split components of SR 100 in Richardson Park. 04/24/04

Dupont Road leads SR 100 south as a one way street to SR 4 (Maryland Avenue) at Ashley Place. Replaced by 2012, the unusual traffic signals for Dupont Road north included double red and green arrows. 04/24/04

Small bridge mounted signs at the SR 141 viaduct directed motorists on SR 4 (Justis Street) westbound to James Street. These were replaced with conventional guide signs by 2014. 12/24/04

The last Eagle signals with 12 and 8 inch lens along SR 4 were located at the split intersections of Stanton Road with Newport Pike west and Mitch Road east in Stanton. These were replaced with a mast arm assemblies by 2015. 08/31/13
