U.S. 13 Business overtakes Market Street at Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard (Delaware 48). The two-way street becomes one-way southbound beyond Delaware 48 as it carries U.S. 13 Business below the AMTRAK Northeastern Corridor. 03/30/04
Rodney Street carries two-way traffic from Lancaster Avenue and the Hilltop neighborhood north to West Hill and Pennsylvania Avenue (SR 52) here. 04/01/04
