SR 7 southbound approaching the transition into SR 1 at AAA Boulevard in Churchmans Crossing. 05/20/07

SR 7 is a six lane controlled access arterial between Stanton and the parclo interchange (Exit 166) with SR 58 (Churchmans Road). All guide signs for Exit 166 along SR 7 were replaced by 2010. 05/20/07

A pair of lanes depart SR 1/7 southbound for Exit 166 both to SR58 (Churchmans Road) and I-95. 05/20/07

Replaced overheads at Exit 166. When SR 7/58 intersected at-grade, the ramp for I-95 south departed from SR 7 directly. That movement was moved to a c/d roadway upon completion of the interchange with SR 58 in 1998. 05/20/07

Removed by 2004, a begin sign for SR 1 was added in the median of SR 1/7 above SR 58 in June 2000. It replaced a previous begin assembly located between I-95 and the Mall Road overpass. 07/01/00

The entrance ramps for I-95 from SR 7 are located beyond the traffic light with SR 58 at Exit 166. 05/20/07

A direct ramp from SR 1/7 south to I-95 southbound was planned for this location, but never built. 05/20/07

The concrete barrier was added in 1998 to eliminate some of the weaving traffic at the original cloverleaf interchange joining SR 7 and I-95. 06/26/10

The two main flyovers linking I-95 and SR 1 opened in August and October 2013 respectively. 12/27/12

A 1960s guide sign for I-95 north on SR 7 south remained in service until 2002. A toll banner was originally displayed above I-95. 12/17/01

A carbon copy of the street level guide sign for I-95 north on SR 7 south was retained despite the addition of an overhead assembly nearby. This assembly was removed during construction to upgrade the interchange. 05/20/07

Traffic entering SR 1/7 south from I-95 north formed an auxiliary lane to Exits 164A/B. Installed in 2002, this overhead replaced an extremely oversized diagrammatic sign outlining the ramps for both Mall Road and SR 7 south to Christiana. 03/24/04

The original Mall Road overpass spanning SR 1/7 at Exit 164 was demolished in 2011 and replaced with a new structure just to the south. 06/18/12

A sharp loop ramp (Exit 164A) expanded to two lanes ahead of the Mall Road overpass to adjacent Christiana Mall. 08/05/07

Guide signs posted at the previous gore point for Exit 164A were replaced by 2010 and then removed by 2012 as the off-ramp to Mall Road shifted locations. 06/26/10

The new Mall Road off-ramp (Exit 164A) and overpass just 24 days before the flyover from I-95 south to SR 1 opened to traffic. 08/03/13
