Adding additional ramps along both sides of I-H1, Phase 1 of the Kapolei Interchange Complex was underway until November 2, 2011.¹ Phase 2 of the project was dedicated on February 13, 2020. Costing $64.5 million, work extended Wakea Street north across I-H1 and completed the exchange. 08/18/19
