With I-41 being approved, US 45 in Wisconsin will share pavement with I-41, I-894, and even briefly with I-43.

If you don't count the unsigned concurrencies with I-465, there are some I think of in Indiana.

U.S. 52 (for less than two miles with I-74 after crossing from Ohio, then with I-65 north of I-865)

U.S. 24, 30, and 33 (all in Fort Wayne, I-69 and I-469)

U.S. 6 (technicality, with I-80/94)

In New Hampshire, US-4 has multiplexes with I-93 and I-393.

On the flip side, there isn't a single Interstate-US route concurrency in all of Vermont.  Closest would be a TRUCK US 2 along I-91 and I-93.

For Mississippi, there is an I-20/I-59/US 11/US 80 concurrency in Meridian (with MS 19 mixed in for good measure).  US 49 has concurrencies with I-20, I-55, and I-220.

In the future, if I-69 ever gets built, it's possible that US 61 would have concurrencies with both I-20 and the future I-69.

In Oklahoma City:
US-62, with I-44, I-240, I-35, and I-40.
US-77, with I-35 and I-235.

I can only think  of one US highway in New Mexico that concurs  with two interstates: US 84  with I-40 west of Santa Rosa and then with I-25 from Romeroville  to
Santa Fe.
In Idaho US 30 concurs with three interstates:  I-15, I-86 and I 84.

Colorado
US-6: I-70 and I-76
US-24: I-25 and I-70
US-36: I-270 and I-70
US-50: I-70 and I-25
US-85: I-25, I-70, and I-76

U.S. 6 is also concurrent with I-25 in downtown Denver.

And US 41 will be concurrent with I-41, I-94, and I-43 (during its concurrency with I-94), though I feel like that one's cheating. Wisconsin also has US 51/I-39/I-90 if triple concurrencies count, but I think that's it.

Nebraska's only US route with two concurrences is US 75, which overlaps I-480 in Omaha and I-129 in South Sioux City.

US 51 is not concurrent with I-90 in Wisconsin.  It splits off I-39/90 in Illinois last exit and rejoins I-39 in Portage, 8 miles after I-39 breaks off I-90/94.

Kansas:

US 50: I-135, I-35, and I-435
US 69: I-35 and I-70
US 75: I-470 and I-70
US 169: I-35 and I-70

Edit: Oops--I forgot about US 75 having two Interstate concurrencies, as well as US 50's concurrency with I-135, the first time I posted this.

51's concurrent with 39/90 between a couple exits near Stoughton (MP 156-160)

Also in Nevada, there is US 93 which is concurrent along US 95 with I-515 and then hops onto I-15.
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

Ohio:

US 23 with I-75 and I-475

US 52 with I-74 and I-275?

... that's all I've got without checking a map.
Wait, it's all Ohio? Always has been.

Arizona
US 60 with I-10 and I-17
US 191 with I-10 and I-40
(Future) US 93 with I-11 and I-40

California
US 95 with I-10 and I-40

Arizona would decertify US-93

Eventually, but there's a good chance the portion north of I-40 will be completed and officially signed as I-11 decades before the rest is up to Interstate standards, and US 93 will remain signed over it.

spooky

US 11 and US 52 are concurrent with the I-81/I-77 overlap in VA.

Ditto US 41 (I-41, 43, 94 and 894).

Also in Wisconsin - US 10 (I-39, 43) and US 51 (I-39, 90).

US 40 - I-64 and I-70
US 50 - I-44, I-255, I-435 and I-470
US 71 - I-29, I-49, and I-435
US 40 also has a brief concurrency with I-35 in KC along the section shared with I-70.
US 71 is also briefly concurrent with I-70 as the eastern part of the Downtown Loop, then is concurrent with I-35 up until the I-29 split.
US 24 is concurrent with both I-35 and I-70 on the north side of the Downtown Loop.
US 69 has concurrencies with I-635 and I-35.

To add another state, Louisiana has no examples of this - yet. Once I-49 "South" is designated, then US 90 will qualify (currently has a concurrency with I-10.)

For Michigan:
US 31: I-94 and I-196
US 127: I-94 and I-496

Historically for Michigan:
US 16: I-96 and I-196 (original routing from Grand Rapids to Muskegon, pre-1963)
US 25: I-75 and I-94
US 27: I-69 and I-96
US 127: I-94, I-496 and I-69
The US-31 overlaps are consecutive

Doesn't US 63 share pavement with both I-40 and I-55 in Arkansas?
