Yeah, and that's the only person sitting with a score of -1.  Come on, these aren't difficult rules to follow. Post a picture of a highway sign.

Even though the USBR system is set by the same group that establishes the US highway system?

Next is actually 766. The sign from Poland has both a 764 and a 765, and the 764 was from Ohio on the previous page. That one counted for the 765.
