Looks a lot like some of the stretches on the Northway (I-87) north of Lake George to me, but there's not much to go on in this one.

The Northway is where I thought of as well, but I couldn't opine as to where. I've never seen that road without snow, either!

definitely not a parkway, too wide. if in NY only possiblity could be I-90/thruway between albany and syracuse.

Too curvy, too many trees.  Might be NY 17 or I-87.
