Here is some more road trivia for you. A previous thread in this forum addressed intersecting Interstate highways with consecutive numbers. How many cases are there were two consecutive US routes intersect? I am particularly interested in existing US 2-digit routes, but feel free to mentioning decommissioned routes or 3-digit routes.

Here is my list so-far.

1/2      Houlton, ME
2/3      Lancaster, NH
3/4      Boscowen, NH
4/5      White River Junction, VT
5/6      Hartford, CT    (US 6 Multiplexed with I-84)
6/7      Danbury, CT     (Both multiplexed with I-84)
19/20   Erie, PA        (Northern terminus of US 19)
50/51   Sandoval, IL
51/52   Troy Grove, IL  (US 51 multiplexed with I-39)
60/61   Sikeston, MO
61/62   Sikeston, MO
70/71   De Queen, AR
83/84   Abilene, TX

You have 23/24 southwest of Maumee, OH. (Historically, 24 and 25 intersected there and a few other times all the way up to Flat Rock, MI.)

That one from Ohio reminds me of the combined US 1 and 9 shield I've seen.  I think it's also visible in an opening shot of The Sopranos.

60/61 and 61/62 were mentioned already in Sikeston, but 60/61/62 intersect just south of Sikeston (61 and 62 are concurrent).

Lightning Strike

79/80 near Greenwood, LA
80/81 before either were truncated to their modern routes

bassoon1986

69/70 Durant OK
81/82 Ringgold, TX (near wichita falls)
82/83 Guthrie, TX
63/64 near West Memphis, though I'm sure 63 won't be signed
66/67 in St. Louis

If I am not mistaken, I believe US 78 and US 79 intersect in Memphis.

msubulldog

Was there ever a multiplex of US 64 and 65 in Conway, AR :hmmm:

The consecutive Interstates were already covered in another thread. In fact, I posted pics of every example.

As a side note, what is the most consecutive-numbered U.S. /Interstate highways in a single state?

At one time, Ohio had US 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25.

Arkansas has US 59 and all the US 60s except 66, 68, and 69.

TX has US 79 through 85.

Now, what is the most consecutive-numbered highways that are concurrent?  Or, is that covered here?

23, 24 and 25 had a concurrency in Toledo until 25 was decommissioned and 23 was rerouted.

Not sure if 60, 61 and 62 ever were concurrent in Sikeston, Mo. or not, but they once intersected in downtown.

They don't now?  US 61/62 are concurrent, and don't they intersect US 60?

Were not US 3 and US 4 concurrent pre I-93 in Concord, NH?

It's not an at-grade. US 60 is a limited-access freeway. Although I think Business US 60 may be signed with US 61 and US 62.
